Approved Courses
PHII has several approved courses for SD continuing education credits. PHII offers a live home inspection lab in Madison, SD and numerous online courses that are approved by the SD Real Estate Commission for continuing education credits.
What is the process for South Dakota Home Inspector continuing education?
When you enroll online, you will receive a username and password to login and start the training. The courses are self paced and feature audio, video, images, diagrams, and text, as well as electronic flashcards to help you learn the material. The quizzes and exams are also completed online and once you've finished the course, your credits are automatically submitted to the SD Real Estate Commission. The SD Real Estate Commission will record your continuing education credits.
If you attend our live lab, once the lab is completed, your continuing education credits will be submitted to the SD Real Estate Commission.
